The Seguin Ink Click V1 is my first production pen, its simplicity mixed with the sleek details give it a very satisfying look and feel in the hand. A larger grip with the slimmer body allows for some of the weight in the back to be brought back forward and give it a very balanced feel without any excess bulkiness.

Materials

Body, Tip & clip are all 6Al-4V grade 5 Titanium sourced within Canada. The click mechanism is a 416 Stainless Steel Swiss lathe part manufactured in the USA and purchased from Tuff Writer.

Machining

I machine all components except the click mechanism my self from 6Al-4V grade 5 Titanium round bar on my Tormach 8L CNC lathe. All threads are single point cut for tight smooth threads. Either a bead blasted or tumbled finish. The clip is laser cut and engraved, it is then de-burred and bent to the exact profile I want.
